Damage/Cleaning Deposit

When paying by credit card, we generally do not charge a damage/cleaning deposit only with your promise to keep the chalet in the same condition as when you found it and without any inside or outside property damage.

Cash paying guest must pay a $200.00 damage/cleaning deposit upon check-in. Deposit will be returned generally upon check-out if there is no damage
or cleaning situation.

In the event that you do not have time to leave the chalet in the same clean condition that you found it, we can provide that service for you for a charge and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Mild $25. Moderate $40. Excessive $75. Party Condition $150 - $500

Pet Hair $75. Smoking inside chalet $100.

Putting charcoal inside of electric outside grill $175.

Property damage charged accordingly to replacement cost.
