Reservations

Emails for reservations cannot be accepted.

For your convenience, we have on-line booking. We may offer discount pricing after your second night with us. This pricing will not be reflected on our on-line booking page at this time. Once the reservation comes to us, we will adjust your pricing. A confirmation email will be sent to you. No discount days on Holidays or Holiday weeks. Peak rates will apply on Holidays and Holiday weeks including but not limited to: Valentines Day, Columbus Day, President Day, Martin Luther King Day, 4th of July, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve and Easter. A 3 or 4 night minimum may apply.

We have a 2 night minimum. A 3 or 4 night minimum may apply for Holiday week or weekends. Call for details.
If we are able to accomodate a 1 night stay, an additional charge will apply.

We supply bath and bed linens for most cabins. Bed Linens are folded and placed at edge of bed for you to use. We provide 1 bath towel provided per bed space. Bed and Bath lines not provided for sofa beds

Hot tubs are not guaranteed. The hot tub may not be warm enough to use upon check-in as fresh water is added after each departure.Hot tubs are available on most cabin rental properties. Hot tubs are for owners personal use and have not been certified for public use by local health dept. Hot tubs are monitored and chemicals are used but if you choose to use the hot tub you do so at your own risk

We do not provide soap, or paper products (including toilet paper) for our cabins. We do however offer soap and toilet paper for rooms.

All cabins and rooms are non-smoking. Feel free to enjoy smoking outside or on cabin deck. Please be responsible in disposing of cigarette butts so that you are not responsible for littering or for a fire.

Your cabin must have a fire ring to enjoy a campfire. You are responsible for any damage from your campfire.

Many cabins are easy access, however, we suggest that your vehicle is front wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. Some cabins may have an inclination, gravel drive or gravel road. Motorcycles may have a problem accessing some locations.

Relocation Policy: In the "unlikely" event that your cabin "shut down" upon your arrival, we will even exchange it for another cabin of equal or greater value if possible and we can upgrade you in many circumstances. If we cannot provide that service, we will refund your money and help you locate another cabin thru another company. We will certainly try to contact you if we know in advance to your arrival date.

We do not charge a cleaning deposit or a damage deposit on credit card reservations. We clean and sanitize after departure, however, we do expect that you depart leaving your accommodation in the order you found it. If the cabin has been partied in or excessively messy, we will charge your credit card accordantly.

Some of our cabins are pet friendly. If you choose to bring your pet there is a $15.00 per night per pet. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture. There must be no sign of pet left at cabin at check out or additional charges will apply. There is a $100 penalty charge on top of daily pet reservation if you have an unregistered pet. If you are booking on-line, you must provide a CVV code, number of people in your party and number of pets you are bringing with you or your reservation cannot be completed. There is a comment box to provide this information.

You must be the card owner of the credit card you are using. You must bring the same card with you at check in.
